WATER TOWER COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION
Large-Loss Multifamily Restoration | Arvada, Colorado
31 Buildings | Approximately 200,000 SF | $2.8 Million | March–August 2018
CSTA coordinated with ownership and property management to execute a comprehensive 31-building community revitalization following a substantial insurance claim. The roofing scope included replacement of 13 steep-slope composition-shingle roof systems and complete reroofing of 18 low-slope buildings with TPO membrane systems. Exterior improvements included siding, windows, doors, and painting.
Execution required detailed planning within an occupied community, including strategic site access, crane and equipment coordination, material staging, debris management, and carefully sequenced construction to minimize disruption to residents.
STAR-SPANGLED ROOF — AMERICAN FLAG PROJECT
Custom Commercial TPO Roofing | Colorado Springs, Colorado
24,000 SF | 117' × 65' American Flag | $280,000 | September 2012
CSTA and Roland Gonzalez served in senior construction management roles on this landmark Colorado Springs commercial roofing project, working alongside Interstate Roofing, the original roofing contractor. The project transformed a hail-damaged commercial roof into a monumental American flag using specialized red, white, and blue TPO roofing membranes.
The 117-foot by 65-foot flag incorporated 50 individually fabricated stars, precision heat-welded seams, custom flashings, and enhanced drainage assemblies. Completed September 11, 2012, the project combined advanced waterproofing technology, specialized craftsmanship, and coordinated construction management to deliver a distinctive tribute to American service members and the Colorado Springs community.
